Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Do you offer refunds ?

If you have received an item that is incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately at within 30 days. Kindly include photos of the damaged item and your order number to facilitate the refund process. Can I exchange an item for a different size/color ?

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges for items. However, if you have received an item and find that it does not fit or the color is not what you expected, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team at within 30 days. Please provide your order number and detailed information about the item you would like to exchange. Notification for EU consumers

2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
