When will I receive my order ?

My order should have arrived, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do? Before contacting us, please follow these steps to assist us in resolving the issue:

  2. Inquire with your local post office to see if they have your package.
  3. Reach out to your neighbors to check if the courier may have left the package with them.

If you have discovered an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but please note that the shipping costs will be at your expense.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do ?
